What is your RETURNS POLICY?

You have the right to return any new item(s) for a full refund that you have purchased within 14 days of delivery, alternatively you can also exchange your product(s) within 14 days.

Product(s) that are purchased from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made only if the product(s) are unused/unworn. Please contact our customer support team to arrange a returns booking for you.

The buyer is responsible for preparing and shipment of the product(s). Kindly note that you as the buyer will be responsible for the delivery expenses in returning the package to Riley & Vincent.

To ensure a smooth return process, the product(s) must be unused/unworn, in its original packaging with all the labels and protective stickers intact. Make sure that the product(s) are still in the same new condition as when received. Riley & Vincent cannot replace or refund if the the product(s) have been worn.

DAMAGED/FAULTY

In the unlikely event you receive a defective product(s), please contact Riley & Vincent immediately and a member of the team will resolve the issue for you. Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised to by our team, it may result in a slower resolution time and we don’t always require the faulty product(s) back.

Riley & Vincent watches are 3 ATM Water Resistant: the watches are protected against minor splashes of water.  We advise you not to wear our watches during bathing, showering, swimming or diving. Riley & Vincent watches should not be exposed to more than minor splashes of water.

TRACK MY PRODUCT(S)

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to the email address you provided to us on your order. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder. If you still have no email confirmation from Riley & Vincent please do contact us so we can resolve the problem.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional Codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honoured.
